Overview

Armenian Arts presents Hoarse Fanfares: Triumph, an exhibition exploring the mystical dimension of the graphic practice of Stratumism by Armen Ronov.

In spiritual tradition, fanfares announce awakening.
Yet when they sound hoarse, awakening has passed through purification — through fire. This exhibition reflects the triumph of a spirit that has undergone initiation.

Artistic Manifesto

Layering. Incisions. Texture.

• Fanfare — the line as proclamation, the gesture as signal.
• Hoarseness — the tactile abrasion of graphic matter.
• Triumph — the achieved compositional equilibrium.

This is the triumph of material left unpolished.

Hoarse Fanfares: Triumph is a victory without varnish.
It is the sound of art that has endured the friction of time.

Here, triumph does not shout. It bears witness — in a raspy register — affirming both fact and communion with time itself.

We invite you to experience this contemplative and textural body of work across two evenings at Armenian Arts.

Exhibition Dates:
Friday, March 13, 2026 | 7:00–10:00 PM
Saturday, March 14, 2026 | 3:00–6:00 PM
