Alongside her performance career\, she serves as the director of the Hayrik Mouradian Traditional Song and Dance Children’s Ensemble\, where she mentors young musicians and ensures the continuity of Armenian folk traditions for future generations.\n\n \n\nHer recordings have received international acclaim. In 2004\, her album Armenian Lullabies was recognized by The New York Times as an outstanding world music release.
