DESCRIPTION:The Center for Armenian Arts is proud to host Memory\, Resistance & Transnational Solidarity: From 2012 to the Present and Beyond\, a two-day international seminar bringing together scholars\, legal experts\, artists\, curators\, and human rights advocates to examine the power of memory\, education\, art\, and collective action in confronting historical injustice. \nThrough keynote presentations\, panel discussions\, and audience conversations\, participants will explore topics including historical denial\, comparative justice\, human rights advocacy\, memorialization\, freedom of expression\, and the role of museums\, exhibitions\, and public art in preserving historical memory.
